    I think you could make this yourself if you cut out some fabric shapes, and sewed them onto a mesh bit and sewed that to a strapless dress. Might be a bit of work, but it would be worth it to actually have the dress. That is the sort of thing us penniless people have to resort to, ha ha. :P
