Heelloooo everyone who still reads my blog : 'D
I figured I should update a little more than just with wedding photos.
Honestly , I haven't been feeling very good since December , so I have not done much other things than work , sleep and watching television shows.
I hope it will get better now though! I got fed up with my body this week. I have been able to work normally and haven't had to call in sick , but this week my tiredness and stomach affected my job so I was to the doctor and it was the best doctor I have ever met.
He took me so seriously and asked all the right questions, I got medicine for the stomach. Also, I have had gastric catarrh on and off for the last 7 years so based on previous visits and my symptoms, he also told me that many of my problems most certainly are a result of a disease called IBS , which explains very very much of how I feel in my everyday life , things I have gotten used too because I have lived with it for so long, I will finally try to get rid of with the right food.
And because my constant tiredness is due to a low blood pressure, he said that I should start exercising at least 20 minutes each day to strengthen my heart. So I hope I can deal with this and get out of this dark bubble that I've lived in for more than a month now.
Besides all this crapstuff I've dyed my hair yesterday :D Wohoo , I 'm very happy with the color.
Ah, I hope now, that you found a good and caring doctor, you'll be recovering fast. It must have been hard on you to feel so down, especially in the most depressing months of the year...I often feel the same way and since I also have low blood pressure, I feel tired all the time too...but only physically and I cannot sleep because my mind is still wide awake...so awesome...:)
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I'm sure, that a new, pretty hair color will help you get better soon...! :P
Yes, and since spring is here soon I bet I will feel much better just because of that too :D
DeleteOh, that's not fun :/ at least I can sleep, I'm relivied over that.
Haha, of course :D
How lucky that you've finally found a doctor who is listening to you, Lesthi. That seems to be rather rare these days. And now that you know what the problem is, you can start to fix the situation. **says she, as she sits slumped in front of the computer with a coffee and jelly beans for lunch **
ReplyDeleteI, for one, never get tired of the wedding pictures. :o)
Yeah, I agree, in all the years I have had problems with mt stomach I have never met anyone before that took med serious.
DeleteLucky you then that there are two parts left with pictures ;P
Do you eat meat? Red meat can help with low blood pressure and fatigue. I had extremely low blood pressure and fatigue as a vegetarian. Hope you feel better soon!
ReplyDeleteNo I don't eat so very much meat actually. Trying to be a vegetarian at least 5 days of the week xD
So much sympathy, having a sensitive stomach/ gut can be the worst! Once you know what it is you can try and eat better and watch out for 'trigger' foods that trigger attacks of sensitivity. I find not eating junk food or things that have weird ingredients like preservatives or some spices, that sort of thing, is a good way to go. Also get tested for allergies like dairy or bread, or just try cutting them out.
ReplyDeleteIt is hard with doctors, most don't take that sort of thing seriously. And it is hard to find info about some things because they can be so specific to a person, such as what to do when you have a bad stomach pain. I usually find that peppermint tea is very soothing, and I also have a herbal medicine called Iberogast. I don't know if they have that in your country, but I think it helps. If you ever want to talk about it with someone who gets it, I am there :)
Yeah, i have noticed that too, fries are just death to my stomach for example :/
DeleteI tried peppermint tea for a while, but I just can't stand the taste, haha! We have a sort of juice here in sweden called "proviva" which always help a little with the pain though :D
Thank you so much, you are so sweet <3
