I wear black until I can find something darker


Yesterday I got an idea and went and bought some dye for clothing and dyed 3 dresses to give them a second life!
I am super happy with how they turned out!


This dress went through the biggest change, from purple to black! This one I actually got from my mom last week, but I knew I wouldn't use it if it wasn't black, haha!



This used to have black and white print, I like it a lot with the grey parts now!


This was black and white striped and I always having trouble feeling comfortable in that striped colorcombo, so this is better, I wore this outfit today. :)

      Ja det tycker jag med, det var ju meningen att det skulle bli helsvart, men jag vet inte riktigt vad som krävs för att kunna färga ett plagg från vitt till svart O.o

    They turned out really well! I love B&W stripes on other people, but I always feel too conspicuous in them myself. I much prefer black and grey stripes. ;D

      Same here, it looks so good on other people. I can wear it on my legs though but skirt, top or dress..noep xD

    I love the second one! I've started to really like grey&black lately. Grey, if properly matched, can be gothier than I used to think :D

      Me too! I would really want a grey and black victorian dress for a victorian/gothic picnic I'm planning on going to this summer, maybe I can sew something :'D

      Victorian picnic *-* oh wow, that must be amazing! They used to do it once per year in my country but quite far from where I live... and to think I'd LOVE to participate to one! I can't wait to see your dress for the event *_*

      I thought so too so I really hope I will be free from work that day. It's held in the capital of Sweden and 128 people have said yes on facebook so I think it will be huuuuuge :'D

    Vad snyggt det blev :) Jag färgar också mycket kläder, ibland bara för att fräscha upp dem. Bara inte tyget är noppigt kan man få ett plagg att se nytt ut. :)

    It is soooo cool how the black and white checkered one became black and grey, not just straight black! You look great as usual!

      I think so too, since I used black dye I thought everything would be pitch black!
