I already started in Januari actually, because one of my promises for this year was to start eating healthier and get rid of my sugaraddiction.
And that battle will continue.
So far I think I have done a good job.
I have now managed to "brainwash" myself by reading healthblogs and books so it's no longer as satisfying to eat such as burgers, pizza, soda or a lightbread sandwich.. Now I'm fully aware of what I eat and I know how the sugar and everything affects my body.
Candy and Coke is a burden I may never get rid of entirely, but the days when I could drink more than one glass of cola is in the past. :) And that's all good.
But still, I wanna participate in the challenge because there is work left to do.
I still wanna get to the point where I don't feel cravings after sugar everyday, so I still need to lower my intake of sugar.
So from 1 April I will challenge myself to live 2 weeks eating no sugar whatsoever!
