Challenge day 10, Your latest purchase

I haven't been buying a lot of stuff lately so I was actually a little worried that I wouldn't know what to pick for this entry, but 2 weeks ago I got the idea that I wanted a indoor trampoline!
So I bought one an it's amazingly fun!


As some of you know it's very important for my endometriosis that I workout regularly or else I will have lot of pain. But becuase of my anxiety it has been a rough winter for my body, I haven't been working out as I should. So when I got the idea of a trampoline I felt that if I actually is excited about something, I should go ahead and buy it! 
So now everyday I choose 3 happy songs to jump to! :D

A June

Even though July also is ending soon I want to do a June update :D

I like the dress with bats, but I'm thinking about cutting the sleeves off because I think i would wear it more often then. 



I got myself some rollerblades! It is so much fun. I still have the roller-derby dreams as I mentioned in a entry 4 years ago. link
But sadly I can't handle hobbies where I have to be someplace several times in a week. I don't go so it doesn't seem worth paying for something you will not attend :P I have to work on this.

I think the best part of June was this meetup! It's 10 years now since I graduated gymnasium so we planned a little meetup for everyone in the class. These 2 girls were my best friends during the schoolyears :) Andrea to the right I still hang out with so thats fun. 


I hope everyone is having a nice summer :D My vacation started yesterday so hopefully I will do a very interesting and exciting entry after the summer ;)

Motivation boost!

I don't know how many of you who are interested in reading about workouts, but I know that some of you have joined Frannys Batfit, so you guys might find some interest in this :D

As I wrote before, I'm doing my workouts at home. Many people choose to go to a gym, but I rather get fit for free and not having to leave my home, haha! I do run in the forest sometimes though.

Anyway, these are my most viewed work-out videos, I hope that some of you would wan't to try them if you are planning on getting started with the fitness this year! :)



This is the video I begun with in March last year, it's not too tough, easy to go at your own speed, and Jessica is so easy to listen to. ALL her videos are awesome, but I feel special love for this since it helped me get started.


This one is so much fun! The different moves doesn't go on for long which makes it nice even on bad days.


Jillian Michaels is a person I really look up to. Like me she suffers from endometriosis which really motivated me and still does! If she can be that fit and strong, so can I!


I really like videos that combine dumbbells and cardio, This is a really short one that I usually combine with another shorty. It's good moves!

Catyoga and a summercabin

Well this vacation is. Rainy. I'm not a big fan of summerheath but this is ridiculous. I at least would have wanted to visit the beach once for a bath but nope. 8 days left of vacation though so hopes are high!

Because of this weather I felt I missed something. A summercabin for example. Inside the house :D So I built one and me and my cats have been enjoying this masterpiece a lot! Mattias not so much, the thought it was too small. 


Guess you all are very curious about what catyoga is by now ;)
I have been trying to get better at yoga the last week. I'm having a hard time focusing, not only because of Luna that really likes to join me for yoga but also because my mind is a restless place.
I made a little video one day when Luna and I were doing yoga together. Look at that little cute jump in the end!

Roller Derby

I have been reading a little about the roller skate sport Roller derby now and then, then I found a movie that I absolutely wanted to see where the main character is practicing this sport.
I saw the movie called Whip it yesterday and now I feel somewhat obsessed, haha!
I have for years thought it seems so much fun with those 4 wheel rollerskates and have wanted to buy a pair but have hesitated because I did not know where I'd go and practise.

I found a club here in my town who practise Roller derby. I think I'll go there on a workout and see how it is done, it seems to be a lot of fun!

The problem is that if I were to get caught in it would have to stop with the karate .. so I do not know.
I have not been excited about karate since April, and I think it's a combination of the panicattack I had and that I think it is too difficult to learn all the moves :/ there is so much to remember.
We'll see.

30 Day Shred

Since I started practicing karate, I have become very lazy with my other work-out rutines. I have karatepractise on Tuesdays and Thursdays and the rest of the days of the week I'm a real couch potato. xD

But now that will change! 
I have challenged myself with Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred.

I did the first level today, this video:


and it went better than I expected! Push-ups is something I really have a hard time doing though..

So this is a tip to other people who also have difficulties getting started with exercise. ^ ^
The challenge is to do level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days and level 3 for 10 days.

I graded in karate today! : D



I was so nervous so I do not remember a single thing what I did during the kata, but blocks, kicks and punches felt good and I got the belt so. :'D Yay!

Poledance

Wouldn't it be so much fun to have a pole at home and learn how to poledance? :*D I think it seems like a fun way to work out!


The poles best made for really dancing and working out with all your bodyweight are really expensive though. :<
