I also wanted to tell you, I was on my first psychologist session this thursday.
It was better than I expected, I was really nervous there before, but the person was easy to talk to and would like me to try a therapy method called "Mindfulness." You can find good explanations about it on google it if you want to know more, I saw a documentary at the session about it and it seems to be just what I need if I can handle it, I really recognized myself in what they said in the film.
Do tell me if any of you have tried that method for anxiety. :) I hope it will work for me.
