Autumn - A new chapter

It's only 4 days left of August. Which means autumn is here, for sure.
I always feel like autumn is a new beginning, almost like a new year! The fresh and crispy air makes in the mornings makes me think of first school days.
For the first time in 3 years this autumn really will be a new beginning for me. I'm not coming back to anything. I will meet new people and learn new routines.

This year has so far really been a rollercoaster. It has been rough, I have quit from 2 jobs, I have worried and been so stressed out. But this summer I have been so happy. It was the best. I worked in a storebakery and it was just as amazing as I hoped for. Making pastrys and cakes for a living? What a dream, didn't even feel like a job most of the days.

But now summer is ending, everyone is back from vacation and I have left the bakery to the usual bakers. I have taken the offer to work at a schoolkitchen, just 10 minutes from my home. I really wanted to do something else, because it feels like I'm stuck on this career path where I'm chopping up vegetables, wiping tables and doing dishes. But my brain told me that I did work at a schoolkitchen 3 years ago, and it was my favourite kitchen, maybe this can be as nice :)
And there is always a possibility to keep looking which I absolutely are doing.

Right now I really hope that this autumn will be a new chapter.
A chapter without the stress.

    1. I'm thinking this might be more fun because it's a school with small children, the last one was kids between 16-18 so almost not kids, haha!
